Histoire :

Nicholas Warren Francis, né le 6 Décembre 1934 et décédé le 14 Novembre, 2015, était un catcheur américain mieux connu sous le nom de Nick Bockwinkel. Il a surtout catché à l'American Wrestling Association (AWA) aux États-Unis. Il a été quatre fois champion AWA World Heavyweight et co-titulaire du championnat AWA World Tag-Team Championship.

Bockwinkel est connu pour sa capacité technique exceptionnelle sur le ring ainsi que pour sa psychologie. Il était aussi connu pour son calme, son charisme, ses promos articulées, ce qui le distingue de la plupart de ses contemporains.
